Garage seemed well run. Attendants were efficient, professional.

This lot is very unorganized getting
Cars in and out. The staff are not very helpful or friendly. I park in Manhattan often and would rather pay a higher fee than go back there.

Very easy to book a garage for the weekend that was close to our Upper West Side hotel with a much better rate than the competition. NYC overnight parking is always expensive, but parking.com made booking swift and paying a breeze!

Your website is not reliable like others. I made a reservation with you for my small SUV but I have to cancel it twice due to the facility (Friedland garage, Manhattan) would not take any SUVs. This was confirmed by a live agent who told me that the garage would not take any SUVs. However, I went another parking website and got the reservation with the same garage (Friedland, Manhattan) without paying any oversize fees. The other website had a list of vehicles and when I picked up mine it said it’s not a oversized vehicle and processed as a standard one.
Just want you to inform that your website and live agent need to update and re-train. Best wishes,,,

Paid for garage ahead of time oversized vehicle premium added, arrived at garage, was told my vehicle would not fit. Staff on site at that garage were unwilling to help at all. Said literally, "you are on your own buddy" and walked away. Called customer service, after 30 minutes, NO ONE PICKED UP. Had to cancel and try to find another place to park while wife freaking out that we were going to miss our show. Worst experience ever

Good website, good customer service.

Simple and so easy to schedule a date. Quick online - quick response, and just show up at appointed time. Did this for West 80th St. location - staff exceptionally friendly. Minutes - pulling in, giving my appointment registration and out I went. Same for return.

The audacity to ask how my experience was. I prepaid for an overnight reservation and when I showed up I was told the garage was full and "the company that runs the app has no idea how many spots are available." They said I would have to contact the app to get a refund and there's only a super non-user friendly form to send a note. Curious to find out if I ever get a response from that.

The worst experience. Although I had pre-paid for a parking pass, when I got there the lot was full and they would not let me park there. It was a very difficult time because I had meetings with 10 other people that I was late for because of this. They sucked

Second time we have used the garage and the service was excellent. Employees were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend

Excellent customer centric experience. The crew worked as a team and we could feel it as customers from entry to departure. We'll return soon.

I was not allowed to park in my prepaid spot. I have been unable to reach a live person over the phone and nobody responds to my emails. I will not use parking.com again in the future. It ruined my trip.
