Don’t prepay or park here late
I prepaid for parking. When I got back to the garage the door was locked unless you had a QR code but one was never sent to me. When I tried to leave the garage, the only way to exit was through an automated gate that recognizes your license plate I guess. I had a rental car that didn’t have a plate on the front. It would not let me leave and there was no attendant available and o my available by phone after a long wait. In all it took me over an hour of work in the middle of the night to get out of the garage I prepaid for. Horrible experience
