It was very confusing to use the pay system. I thought I had chosen 1 hour and somehow I ended up with 1 day and had to pay 24.95 for an hour of parking.

Not able to select the location I was initially at. I had to move to another lot.

The price for parking is becoming ridiculous. I just hope the organization that actually owns the lot gets properly paid by the organization that “monitors” the lot.

The instructions were confusing…took me about 10 min to understand how to pay. Hate to go downtown avoid it if I can.
I noticed an error on my license plate number and the app wouldn't let me go back and fix it. I had to pay twice! It should not be impossible to update a plate number after you pay. That is predatory. There are other lots in which to park.

Bad News, only choice was for some kind of special event I have never heard of. Signs in lot said something about $14 max. We paid $22+ to park in an empty lot. We were downtown to see our grandkids at Lexington Childrens theater. there was no game, no obvious activity at any of the venues we walk by. Absolutely no reason for such a ridiculous price. The other grandparents only paid $7 (still outrageous" to park in a parking garage.

Too expensive. And your method discriminates against people who (believe it or not) DONT have smart phones.
You charged me $24.00 to park I. The lot by Arts Place for a Charity event. Another person there paid $5.00. (I have proof) and another person paid $9:00. That is wrong because many people coming to this event cannot afford that. I plan to report you to Linda Gorton and Jim Frazier!

HATE YOUR SYSTEM in every way. Takes too much time, too many steps, wastes time:,

Worst parking experience in my entire life. Lost hours of my life due to faulty machines and horrible design. This management company should be fined for stealing customer money as they attempt to get out of this fire hazard of a structure!

Very hard to log in. I have used this website before, you need an app that can keep my data on file. There was an option for special event parking but I wasn't able to choose it and got charged the maximum. Also, if I work for a non-profit that is having an event, can we contact you for special pricing?

WAYYYYY too expensive. $25 for 2 hours but I didn’t have another option.

The QR Code you had posted was a scam. It wound up going to Starller website which took my information...only not to provide parking...and I get an email "thanking me" for signing up and it stated it would be charging $49.99 a month. Googled this....and it is all over the internet about being a SCAM!!! And it came from the QR Code on your sign!!! Now I am fighting to get this removed and having to change my credit card number ...all from your sign. Have a REAL PERSON at these lots!!
