Good price but not without a hassle
We purchased our parking online. Chose this location because it was close to where we were visiting and they had a great price. However, had trouble scanning the code. We had a printout as well as a mobile scan and neither worked. So we took a ticket (as instructed if we had problems using our scan). On our way out the access code didn't work so had to ask for help. Was difficult to understand as intercom is muffled. Had to give the all my ticket info over intercom and then I was given access to get my car. Scanning on the way out worked but took a few times. We would choose this location again but just wish it was a smoother process. Very stressful, especially if you have cars waiting behind you. BTW, had the same issue at the Shoreham Garage but that one was way more of a problem getting into the garage.

No grace period for exiting
Parked for 3.5 hours, left the garage only 7mins after that time ended. Got charged the FULL amount twice.

We did loops for 30 minutes with no luck finding our parking area and spot. The address wasn't valid. Went to see if we could request a refund, nope. Very dissatisfied.

The parking lot wasn’t open due to construction, so I wasted money.

The garage was very hard to find. It is on lower wacker in a very sketchy and dark industrial basement. I did not feel safe.
Although I returned before the exit time the pedestrian entrance would not accept my scan. I walked in behind a car entering the garage.
On exit I was charged an additional $15 since it took several minutes to get back into the garage.
It was embarrassing how bad the experience was, especially since I had an elderly couple with me who had to walk down 2 flights of steep, dark stairways on return.
