Misleading information
I set the dates in the app for overnight but when I purchased it, the app was very unclear that the price was only for the day and I was charged to pick my car up. It shouldn't have had that as an option for those overnight times.

Feels being Scammed. Waste of time and money
Booked via parking.com a day before. When I reached, the person said even if I have the booking, he cant park us. Asked about refund, he had no answer. Paid $20, no refund, inconvenience to the family!

Double charged
I was charged on both the parking.com app and at the front desk of the Embassy Suites. I paid $100 total for one night of parking. I showed the hotel front desk my receipt and ticket. Hotel could not look up the payment on parking.com.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. Setting up parking and paying was easy and smooth. The parking garage itself was ok. It was valet only, with one person running everything on a very busy day. Dropping off and picking up were slower than expected due to the lack of staff.

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience!! The valet parking employees were very courteous and friendly! Such a peace of mind knowing a parking space would be available for me close to our venue, since I was traveling alone with children. I will definitely use this option again in the future.
