There were multiple events in the…

There were multiple events in the downtown, specifically the Banks, area- Taco Fest, US Bank event, proms, graduations, among others. In addition, an abundance of people were enjoying the weather and Mother’s Day weekend. However, the parking garage under the Banks was a nightmare! There was only ONE gate open, and we waited over 40 minutes to exit in the early evening. Terrible planning and staffing management! Fix it!

Terrible experience

No one legitimately investigated my complaint when disputing the ticket. Common sense has to prevail, but doesn’t surprise me with this company. I couldn’t feed my children dinner for a night because I had to pay a fine because of your broken credit card reader.
