Local roads were closed and we were not able to access the parking lot. Detours need to be called out before reserving parking.

Paid for parking for the Rocky Run and couldn’t get to the parking

Purchased a ticket Eakins Oval, when we arrived the lot was closed. Tried to call to get refund couldn't get through after waiting 20 minutes on hold system disconnected. Event was planned never should have been able to make purchase.

Chose to park there and paid ahead of time but was unable to get into the parking lot as the street was blocked due to a bike ride. So I had to pay again to park in a different lot.

This company suck, they force you to spend money then take it out of our city and give it to shade holders in other countries instead of reinvesting it in Philly.

Great parking facility in a wonderful location.
The only negative: It is difficult to find. No large easy to view sign showing this great find exists.
We stumbled upon it by chance after circling the area for almost 30 minutes.

This is a very user-unfriendly system.
Take a picture of a bar code
Type in the license number, my name, phone number and email address (so you can sell my info?)
Pay with my phone
Finally get a confirmation and a receipt
No one in the booth if I needed assistance.
Way too complicated.

Easy access to the parking lot, well described information on how to pay by phone , the QR code sign and the reminder that the time remaining for the parking.

The parking garage that I paid for in advance was closed the day I reserved for. There was no warning it would be closed before I paid.

It was easy to use, convenient and communicative

1 hr over 24 hours and got charged 2 days

Not clear or intuitive website, was in a rush and accidentally purchased time for 3 days instead of 3 hours which is a substantial difference and I couldn’t edit or undo my purchase to adjust accordingly which is frustrating and a waste.

The signs clearly said you must pay with your phone. However, there was a man in the parking lot collecting cash from people.

We were unsure if we should pay or not, but we did, as we did not want ot get a ticket.

Unfortunately, after we parked we realized that there was broken glass (probably from some sort of vandalism) under our vehicle.

When we returned to our vehicle, everything seemed fine.
