Easy parking location great

needed a place to park as something was…

needed a place to park as something was going on with all the fire trucks at wholefoods. couldnt get in parking garage for a near by appt. this was the nearest to my appt and an easy walk..fast. easy parking. will use again

Hello there

Hello there, I still have not received a call back since 2-3 weeks ago, after I stayed across the street from citizenM and recieved a ticket while I was checking in and asking where to pay/park that night. I paid 31$ for parking at the same place I got a ticket at.

I parked at the SP+ Facility next to…

I parked at the SP+ Facility next to Citizen M in Downtown Seattle and was let down by the App. Specifically, I added my rental car to my account and signed up to park for the day for about $25. When I returned, I got a ticket for $40 from SP+. As I reviewed the info that I had, while I did set the new rental car as the default, the receipt showed that the web page used an old rental car as the registration number. I've reached out to dispute, but have heard nothing back since. I shouldn't have to double pay when I did the right thing.

The sign shows that the parking should be $20. But online requires $25. So it’s not right that they price it incorrectly.

It’s very easy with a QR code and a…

It’s very easy with a QR code and a iPhone but also I noticed has a card machine nearby as well, which is also for those of us who are not tech savvy. The only aggravation I had was the advertising sign that described. I could be there all day parking for $17 and when I went to go put it in for all day parking it would only allow me to park for two hours maximum. Very misleading.

Remote and pass not delivered on time

I bought my pass and my expected delivery date for my remote was the 17th with my pass starting the 20th. The 20th is tomorrow and I still have not received the remote or pass.
