It’s very convenient that it’s right across the street from the airport and it’s a reasonable price however it would be nice to have a check out so you could either be refunded for time you didn’t use... See more

There is no consistency in the amount of parking spots vs what is available at the time of arrival. For instance if I book ahead there is availability but when I arrive at the parking lot there wasn’t... See more

My catalytic converter was stolen. It was an expensive incident. I would like to see better security, there is none. Anyone can drive through the lot. There do not appear to be cameras. The... See more

Terrible

Terrible. The embedded directions sent us to the wrong location, no one answered the help line and we were forced to chose a different parking lot. Sent an email with our issue and a week later, still no response.

Cars here are broken into every single…

Cars here are broken into every single night. The parking lot is a sea of broken glass. There are zero attendants or security of any kind. They'll definitely tow your car to the other side of the city if you forget to pay but are never there to protect your cars from vandalism. You park your car here it will get broken into to. Not a question of if, but when. For 4 dollars more you can park across the street in an actual secured lot. They need to do better to secure this lot. No attendants, no security, no cameras just machines to pay.

You charged me knowing this parking lot…

You charged me knowing this parking lot is completely filled before 7:00am. The guard on duty informed me they have mentioned this to management several times and this practice should stop and it hasn’t. This is a money grab and I plan to report this to the FBA and the news stations for further investigation.
