Quick, simple, and inexpensive

After logging in to make payment the system changed my reservation time to an hour later resulting in my car being towed when i returned to the parking lot

Affordable, easy

Convenient to leave my car nearby the train station.

Easy access and at the orange line on Halsted

Parking payment was straightforward. My car was still in the same spot intact when we returned. About as good as it gets aside from free street parking.

The application has a glitch in it. When I try to reserve the parking then location nothing but a arrow no price or anything show on the map

My vehicle was hit on the rear bumper,and there no cameras,around for security.... never using this parking again,called the company,and dint fix,my issue

Not disclosing that the parking was under the rail tracks which leak oil and in a dangerous area. I paid but did not use the spot.

I couldn't find the parking lot. The spot The GPS took me to had No parking signs.

I prepurchased parking for a visit to Chicago at a Park-N-Ride on the train route. My confirmation email didn't have any information on how to 'use' the prepurchased parking. I called the phone assistance # when I arrived at the lot and they were not able to assure me that my License Plate # was linked to reservation. So, I had to purchase parking a 2nd time to be sure I wouldn't get towed. Very dissatisfied with customer no-service.

Nice parking space was safe too

It was really easy to get a parking spot and pay for it.

I have the need to use these parking lots because I take the train, I am a daily customer and one time forgot to pay. I didn't receive a ticket or any warning, I came back after work to not find my car in the lot but 40 minutes away in a towing garage to which I was charged 250 times the price I usually payed. Most places give at least a warning before towing it away or even booting the car.

Everything went really well until the last bit. It was easy to secure parking for the day at that L station, following the online prompts using my smart phone. It was also easy to add an extra half hour to my parking time, as I was delayed in getting back to the parking lot. But although I only needed to extend the time by half an hour, I was charged for another full 8 hours! I could find no way around this over-the-top charge for just half an hour. What a scam!
