The fact i could just park jump on the train into chicago and not have to worry about finding parking or the drive to downtown, there were plenty of spaces available too.

Had to call to ask procedure for entry & exit. No refund if not used. No prior assurance of a space in a lot in a busy area, first come first serve wasn't reassuring.

Be very careful with SP+ Parking
Be very careful with SP+ Parking when booking with the App Parking.com.
When booking, you can automatically change the requested date and time to the date and time of the time the booking is being made. As the cost for two hours or twelve hours is the same, $6, the charge does not give any clue. The APP Parking.com does not send notifications of any kind to notify the end of the parking reservation.
Immediately after booking, a confirmation email arrives where at the end of this and in very small font size puts the date and time reserved. If you do not read it in detail, it may have changed without you noticing and you have not made the reservation correctly.
That happened to me.
When I came to get the car had taken the crane and I had to pay 240$
SP+ knows perfectly well that the reservation was by mistake. This is his way of doing business. I have no doubt. The person who treated me from the tow truck confirmed that it happens to a lot of people but it’s not their problem. He laughed in my face.
In short, I am not saying that you do not use this parking, it is cheap and convenient, but be very careful when making the reservation and check the confirmation email well. They expect clueless people like me to charge an abusive price to get the car back.

Forest Park, parking

not alot of signage at the parking…
not alot of signage at the parking sight, was lucky to find a sign. then was worried all day i might be towed due to the lack of signage. there does not seem to be an app for this only a website that is inconvient

I was charge 12 $ at the Howard…
I was charge 12 $ at the Howard location and stayed for 4 hours and I spent less time then at the other location and it cost me 6 $ for 8 hours at your forest park location. Is it because paid by the ticket and didn’t scan as i did before I was confused but had to pay to get my car out of your parking lot .
