Could not find entrance at the address given. Circled block twice then had to pay to park somewhere else.

Very easy to book and use!

1. Wrong address.
2. No option to customize time for event.
3. No warning that showing up a few minutes before the event time would result in the parking pass not working.

It was a pretty good experience, hard to to find a way to walk out and to walk back in

fair price, good to reach, close to the bank of America stadium Charlotte. worked out well.

Price was fair, plenty of parking and very secure. Unfortunately the mobile ticket added to the wallet listed an invalid address. After circling the block 3 times and attempting to enter a parking garage whose address was only only one digit off from what was on the mobile ticket, only to be rejected, forcing me to reverse downhill out into a one way street; did i go back to my email receipt to find a different address for the parking garage. This happened to be the correct address. Accuracy is important when visiting a city you’ve never been to previously.

I had my ticket scanned by my doctors office, but it did not work when I got into the checkout lane and I had to pay $10 plus. That should not have happened, but I could not get through the gate until I gave them my phone number and they billed me at home. Really angered me.

The guy in the front was super helpful at the begging and at the end. He sorted out everything for us. Fair price .

I couldnt use my reservation. The QR code did not work never. So I lost my money and had to pay on site. That means twice

Booked ahead and got a barcode for an event. When I arrived the bar code did not work to enter so I assumed it was to exit. took a ticket and parked. Tried to use the barcode on exit and it did not work then either. Ended up paying twice.

Bar code at check out did not work after I paid in advance on the website. Never use this lot or parking.com again!!!!!

Cancelling was easy, refund was quick, and getting a longer reservation was easy. Barely an inconvenience!

Could not scan my QR code entering or exiting
Had to to call over the system both times to gain entry and exit…If they fix the problem with their scanner it would be great But now I am not wanting to try again

The entrance was a little hidden but loved the location and thanks for the heads up on the phone brightness when scanning in and out

The gate was not reading QR codes and not allowing people to exit. It tried to charge me for extra stay as a result of the issue and I had pre-paid. Attendant had to let me out with key to the gate

Using the website was easy, and it was nice to know that I wouldn't have to risk the deck being full when a huge event was in town. The $0.99 fee was tolerable, but annoying, especially since you can't book multiple days in the same transaction. The garage itself was easy enough to find, though I did have some trouble scanning the QR code for entry (I'll chalk that up to a phone brightness issue with my screen protector), and while the "attendant" tried to be helpful from wherever she was located, the speaker volume was far too low to hear her over the street noise.
