No issues with parking for the week. Would have liked to be more secure and monitored for people wondering around
This was by far a very seamless process, I was able to reserve the parking for a very reasonable rate and enter without any delay. I had a great time visiting the city & lost no time searching for parking. I will definitely do this again soon.

The booking process was easy but my pass did not work. The facility has since refunded me the amount that I paid. Although I did have to call for this request. The email I receive with the refund took over a week. Definitely recommend calling not emailing for your refund

I ran into an issue with scanning the QR code on my phone when I was leaving and the attendant was very helpful! Parking is very convenient and in a well lit area!
it was a terrible experience! Two days in a row the card readers didn't work and it was very complicated to pay for the parking. Especially, on the second day when Boston faced very bad weather and it was torrential rain, the barcode reader for the parking ticket did not work at all. The dispatcher on the communicator could not help either.

The attendants are great - however the QR code in the app fails consistently and requires an attendant to help and creates a line.

I used your website to book my parking while utilizing the train. Paid upfront. When I was ready to leave the lot, I was instructed to pay the amount again, only this time is was 3x the cost.

I printed my QR code, but the exit machine wouldn't accept it. I had to pay by credit card, even though I had already paid online. So I paid twice. Haven't had time to try for a refund. Luckily it was only $5.

I was pleasantly surprised, when I used the phone number in the app for a garage to check for availability, a nice person picked up the phone. A+
