No need to book ahead
I was offered a discount to park here. When we arrived the attendant told me that if I want to stay longer than the 2 hours I paid for, it would cost me an additional flat day fee of $89. He suggest I cancel the original reservation and pay the $89 so we could stay longer if needed. We did neither. Just seemed like a complete waste of time booking ahead.

Great / easy experience
Super easy to find this garage. I prepaid online for a great price. The gentlemen working were very friendly and helpful. Great experience! It was also seconds away from the American Girl doll store which is where we went.

Highly recommended
The ease in scanning my reservation at the entrance. On the 3rd day was able to retrieve an article from vehicle while it was parked and customer service offered by attendant.
