Very Challenging Experience
The machine would not read my card correctly (my card is accepted and read without issue everywhere else I go) was very cumbersome and challenging.
I wish to speak very highly of the kind employee who assisted me over the phone and guided me through the process, the bright spot in an otherwise very stressful experience.

I lost my ticket
I lost my ticket, so had to pay in full. The lady on the intercom responded promptly, but took longer than convenient to convey the instructions. Had I not had a smart phone (since it didn't take my credit card), we would all have been screwed.

Terrible customer care
I lost my wallet. Took a while for them to answer. Was told to park and walk to another garage and pay for the ticket with cash. I had $5 in cash. Put the ticket with validation and meter was not working. Went to a 2nd meter that was broke also. Hit the call button and was told to go back to my car and hit the call button on the original meter. Was given an attitude by the attendant. Went back to the car and back to the meter to speak to someone. Was texted a link to pay $12.99 even though i had a validation. Was also told the shop i went to was not on the list for being a part of the parking list. Such an inconvenience. You need to find a way to streamline issues. Especially if there are multiple cars waiting.

Gate wouldn’t read ticket. Took over 15 minutes for anyone to answer the attendant call button. Took over 20 minutes for us to get out of the parking garage.
