Location is not monitored for paid passed
When we arrived at the parking location there were no actual parking spots left. It was apparent there were people who did not purchase parking passes parked in that area. Cars were blocking the exit onto Laurel. We were able to figure out a way to park there that would not block other drivers. It is extremely frustrating to pay $50 for a parking then upon arrival not have a spot to park in.

We purchased parking ahead of time so we did not have the headache of driving around, when we arrived the lot was junk cars parked on top of each other and no spaces were available. It was a complete pain and a waste of time. As well as customer service did not care and was rude, and there was no one there to assist on site.
Terrible!
Terrible!! I bought what I thought was a parking place paid 50$ for it and I get to the parking lot and it was full! I literally could not park there. How can you take my money and not guarantee me a spot to park? I want my money back!
Not what we expected...will not use parking.com again
Not what we expected. There was no place to scan our code to enter the lot. We paid $50 for a parking spot and there were no spots available anywhere in the lot. Very disappointed!! We will not use parking.com again.

There were no instructions on what to do when you got to the parking lot. The parking lot was full and no one monitoring the lot to make sure that the cars that were parked were paid customers. I feel like It was a waist of money when I could have parked in the unmonitored lot for free. No support or help given on the app.

I paid $50 for a parking spot and when I arrived there was no spots available so I had to pay for another spot somewhere else
Not worth it
I had purchased my pass bc I knew I would be arriving close to concert start time that evening when I went to the spot where I had bought the pass for the lot was over crowded with cars. Was not able to park there and almost missed the concert trying to find another parking area that I had to also pay for as I wasn’t able to request a refund for the original spot that was overbooked.
Nobody monitored the parking area
Nobody monitored the parking area. My daughter bought a pass to the lot on Laurel Ave and the lot was full when she got there. So either ppl parked with no pass or you all over sold the lot. Plus when I went to leave ppl had the exit blocked.
No guaranteed parking spot
The parking lot was COMPLETELY packed when we arrived at 4:30 pm!! No markings to easily identify as lot M - Brighton and the walk was NOT 7 mins… was over a 22min walk to the Stadium. Pais $50 to park but no spot for me when I arrived. Very frustrating, saw many come after me in the same situation.
No control of the lot
There were people coming in and parking after all of spaces were taken. That meant that people who purchased parking spaces didn’t have anywhere to park. Others blocked all of the exits. There was no one there to monitor the lot. We told all of our friends NOT to use any of these lots.

I had prepaid for parking for a concert and when I arrived 2 hours prior to the start of the concert, the lot was oversold and already full and I had to find different parking for a higher cost. I am thankful I was able to call and get my money back.
