First time users beware as there is nobody in the parking area to help.
Absolutely nobody in or near the parking facility to offer help in signing up or paying when parking for the first time.
I had to sign up with all the requested fields THREE times and even then, was not sure I was legally paid up. After 15 minutes, I just left the vehicle there as I was going to miss my train!

App was difficult to use and at the…
App was difficult to use and at the end, asked me to scan a confirmation QR code. The only QR code in the garage was the one to open the app, and I got an error message when I scanned it. When I left the garage, I did not know if I was registered to park. Also, I had to pay extra for parking because the train was late getting in. No way to seek adjustment because of that.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Did not give five stars due to expense, but not sure who sets the charges. I feel there should be a reduced rate for longer term stays, not $20.00 night. Maybe one 24 hour period for $20.00 but less than that for each day would be beneficial to those parking longer terms.
