The machine at my parking location took my money when it shouldn't have and Parking.com has ignored my repeated attempts to contact them and obtain the refund I am due.

Parking machines often do not work despite the fact they increased prices due to “unforeseen costs”. Please plow the lots and salt before the first train so travelers are safe. Parking lots are applorable for the inceased prices! This is outrageous!
