Not bad deal. Some problems w scanning code at gate had to call to open. But issue was fixed quickly. I would park again.

Don't prepay

Prepaid and the code wouldn't scan so I had to take a ticket and pay again.

Paid for spot but it did not work

I used Parking.com to prepay for a lot in Arlington, VA without knowing if the lot would be busy (it was not.) I couldn't get the code to scan and ended up having to take a ticket to get in the lot. When I left that evening I asked for assistance, but in the end was told I would have to pay again to get out. I was later told by Parking.com that a refund would be issued, but after more than a week it has not shown up, so I guess they dropped the ball again.

Will use again!

Update: I was quickly contacted by a parking.com associate and my pre-purchased pass was refunded. Very good experience! Hopefully it'll work next time because it certainly is convenient to pre-purchase parking in certain locales.

I arrived earlier than planned and couldn't use my pass... At least I figure that's why it wouldn't take it. So, I ended up double paying. I tried to use it upon exit too, to no avail.

Frustrating…

There was no information on my summary about how to use my electronic pass or what to do if it didn't work. It also didn't tell me that the building I came up through from the garage would be closed and locked when I left after dinner at 7:40. There was no attendant and the machine would not scan my pass either electronically or printed. I had to call the number, give my ticket number and my voucher number to get out of the garage. I also paid over $12 for my parking through Parking.com and it would have cost me $4 at the garage. Not impressed.
