I had very good experience using parking. Com to find overnight parking at downtown Chicago. Did not have any problem booking or cancelling and using parking at designated parking lot. Everything worked just fine.

Garage was closed
When I arrived the garage was closed / locked. This was 5:30pm on a Friday. The QR code reader was behind the gate. I gave this 2 stars as I did receive a refund for my discounted parking … then proceeded to pay full price elsewhere.

Terrible experience, expensive. Don’t use Spot Hero here.
Terrible experience. I used spot hero and paid for a spot in advance. This garage uses this app and they don’t work with spot hero. So I ended up getting charged double if I wanted to be able to leave. Don’t park here.

Quick and painless customer service.
I reserved a parking time, but the timer on the app reset the period. I reserved a second (correct) time slot and called customer service to help me cancel the first (incorrect) time slot. Customer service was easy to reach and quick with the refund.

The last garage did not have the option…
The last garage did not have the option to scan the QR code provided. It was also had a very narrow ramp to drive through each floor. I suggest providing more details and photos of garages and the process to get in or out. It was a nightmare trying to get out of that garage since they didn’t have a scanner and their kiosk only had the option to scan their QR code to pay again.
I would not recommend this parking garage.

The QR code didn’t work at the garage I was directed to. I paid $86 on top of the $40 that I paid parking.com. I have asked for a refund but no response.
