I used the app and for some reason we need to pull a ticket now at the Aqua parking garage, when in the pass it did not need the ticket. Well then i lost the ticket during the day while I was working and when i tried getting out of the garage it cost me $100.00 to open the gate for a lost ticket. My cost would have been $8.00. They did not care about my transaction on the Parking app that i paid for the parking that day.

Got my reservation one day before
Got my reservation one day before. When it was time to enter. By scanning my barcode. The gate didn't open. Took 10 minutes for the operator to open. Asking all the information. By just giving the reservation #. Can validate the time. People behind me were. Pussed. Then while leaving same issue. Horrible experience.

Great selection
Great selection, and rates were awesome - went to the nascar race in Chicago and with all of the other parking rates - this app gave me numerous choices to locate parking and close to where we were staying.
The barcode didnt work on the way in…
The barcode didnt work on the way in and it didnt work on the way out. We had to pull the ticket to enter and then had to call the attendant, who took all the info from me and finally had to lift the gate for us. HORRIBLE experience.
