Excellent experience, would recommend
Easy to download & use app. Quick search process and account set up. Payment was immediate and code was available for parking and confirmation on leaving. Would advise to have a way to add time to an existing/current reservation.

Loved that I could reserve a spot in…
Loved that I could reserve a spot in the garage the night before and important day. Upon arrival most spots were taken only leaving very, very small compact spots. I do not have a large car, but it was very hard to fit into a spot. The first spot I I couldn't even open my car door. I feel like the only reason I was able to park was that another car left next to an open spot. Otherwise, all spots were just tiny and not for regular sized cars.

beware of the time you select - I arrived 20 minutes early and could not buy my way into the garage - oh well, now I know...of course I left early and did not get a discount, but the price and convenience cannot be beat...

Parking.com -- excellent experience in city parking
Using Parking.com, I was able to easily find and reserve a spot in a parking garage near my big-city destination, even though I was doing this just the day before I needed the spot. (I had already spent at least 20 minutes online checking various parking garages and finding that all were "booked up" already. Next time I'll go straight to Parking.com.) The garage I found through Parking.com was very clean and well-maintained, and I had no concerns about my safety, or the security of my vehicle. Altogether an excellent experience.
