Need to figure it out
I was still contacted several times by the company that manages the garage trying to get more money after paying the daily rate. I got stuck in the garage with 10 cars behind me and thankful one of the other drivers called for me as well to get me out the garage and vouched for me. It was a bad experience.Im still receiving emails 2 weeks later.
Bad auto plate scanning tech
Parking system didn’t read my specialty plates right from my pre-pay parking. Had to double pay at the terminal as the only option is scanning the QR code it’s unmanned. Haven’t been able to get ahold of someone and still have the Double charge

It was a straight forward process starting with reservations to Exiting the garage. Very easy process. Clean and well organized lot.
The only con was that even though I arrived a couple of hours after my reservation time started when it came to my departure I was delayed 30 minutes passed the time I had reserved for, I got charged an additional $6.00.

The system was not working and Parking.com failed to acknowledge it and fix it.
You charged me 99 cents extra for…
You charged me 99 cents extra for parking because your machine was not working and could not read the bar code on my parking ticket. When I tried to use the machine at the exit from the garage, the same thing happened. It took forever for your customer assistance people to figure out how to let me get out of the garage, during which time a line of cars backed up behind me, waiting to get out. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

Great when it works but it doesn’t always work!
I paid for parking on parking.com because it was way (50% cheaper than any of the rates in the area) the parking pass let me into the garage to enter the screen even said welcome parking.com customer! But when I went to leave the scanner kept saying my pass was not accepted (my pass was valid until 1 PM it was 12:15 so my pass was still valid) when I pressed the help button the agent I spoke with insisted that those passes were not currently being accepted and asked me to pay to leave. I said no and continued to say no and ultimately after a few minutes was let out of the garage with out having to pay more. Overall this was not a great experience. I was in a rush when I was leaving and did not appreciate having to wait and Being told to pay again.
