Easy to use. Would give five star if I could have clicked on Apple Pay but that option did not populate. Loved that I got text message reminder of time about to expire. I did have to help an elderly... See more

Very few cars and your sign out front on cost leaned us your way! Thanks for the sign out front of parking lot! Cheaper than garage

What went wrong with my experience is that I paid for parking in one of your lots until 3 PM and when I got to my vehicle at 3 PM, I had a citation written and left on my vehicle from 2:50 PM. So I was written a citation with 10 minutes left on my parking pass. How can this be standard procedure?!??
You get what you pay for. I paid as well as so many others because we all had trouble figuring everything out. We got our receipts emailed to us yet when we can out we had citations on our vehicles. I called to dispute immediately and even gave proof of my receipt confirmation number. I have heard nothing back and they wrote me a ticket for $75 dollars that if it's not paid within 45 days get slapped onto your credit. Hopefully after seeing this someone will be willing to address this properly. 🙏 I hope so anyway. Whether they fix this or continue to ignore me I promise ìto follow up and let you guys know the outcome!!!

It was easy to find an available parking space. We were able to pay with the instructions given on the sign. Glad we had a charge card with us to pay. We were surprised we had to pay a user fee. That should have been included on the sign.

The fact that I was looking for monthly and had monthly parking and now have to pay a daily rate is not great I know u offered the same rate but it isn’t the spot I was paying for, and a further place

My car window was smashed in while I was parked at this lot, causing $2200 of damage. Do not park here.

Easy sign-up, price was not bad for the hours needed, and location was good for my needs. I park there again

I called several times and the last time I waited for 49 minutes before someone answered my call.
I would have used the website, but could not just pay my toll!!! I live in Ohio, I don't need an account.
I appreciate how easy it is to pay for parking throughout the city. Also, I think the prices are very reasonable. Way better than in pay lots!
I’m not from the big city and never have to use paid parking lots. So when I came to an appointment, I had no idea how to pay. I asked people that I ran into and they said look for a QR code. I had to run to my appointment and pay after because it was unclear. A few more signs directing me where to go and what to do would have been very helpful. Maybe even more than one QR code at the one end. Thank you.
Great price for where I parked. However it took me an hour to purchase. Due to system issues.
