They trap you let you go then up charge you in fees later

Not only did I get stuck at the gate because the system wasn't working and the arm would not raise. Once they did let me out after about 15 minutes of waiting I ended up having to pay online and they charged me an additional dollar on top of what I had to pay for already I'll do to their system failing I wasted my time and I still had to pay extra fees on top of it.

Machine at exit ate my ticket and I…

Machine at exit ate my ticket and I couldn't leave. Line of cars behind me waiting for me to give help desk my phone and lic plate so I could be charged. Very focused on getting your money and not the customer experience. When a person is tired and ready to leave they do not want to wait and hold up others. You should let the people out so they don't feel trapped and send someone out to fix the machine. It isn't my fault your machine is broken. Company is more focused on making sure to get my money than customer service.

Payment machine malfunctioned and…

Payment machine malfunctioned and charged only partial payment leaving me pleading with the attendant to raise the arm to let me proceed. Meanwhile there were at least 6 cars behind me with people yelling and swearing at me, making it impossible to hear the attendant. Someone even got out of their car and aggressively approached me, swearing at me to “just go through the fu**ing gate.” I think he was trying to use his key card to help open the gate, but it was frightening, frustrating, and embarrassing. The lengthy process and multiple questions turned a small problem into a significantly larger issue. Had I reacted differently to the young man aggressively approaching me, the incident could have ended very badly. So unnecessary!

Awful service

My card wouldn’t work in their PlayStation so I use the call button I had the seven dollars in cash but no one would come so they said I could pay using the link. They failed to mention that there was also a two dollar service fee so I ended up paying two dollars paid will never park there again
