while the experience was great online, we were ticketed at the lot. I went through the dispute process and got resolved but that doesnt excuse the experience. fix the online to lot attendant process.

We were at the Aronoff to see the Cincinnati Ballet, not the Broadway Series Mama Mia/ There was only one option. $20 plus. Why??

I reserved parking for Green Day concert online the night before, for $25. The day of the concert we drove right into a parking space and it was a very easy walk to the Great American Ballpark. Very satisfied, would definitely will use again! Thank you!

The parking lot is in disrepair. The handicap spot is not Lined properly the Parkin spaces are extremely narrow, and my vehicle was damaged

The app makes it easy to scan the QR code at a parking location and pay with a saved card. If you don't have the app, it's still incredibly easy to take care of paid parking.

Paid double. It only gave me 30 minutes both times. I selected more time as I was going to a restaurant. Unable to log in had to keep going back to website to check time left. I will park in a garage next time.

Easy parking in a good location downtown

I made an error on license plate and could not get it fixed once submitted so I paid for parking twice. Was kind of disappointed by the lack of lighting in the lot when we went to leave.

The Attendant was very polite & patient, even though he was very busy.

Had to use scan as local card reader was not working. Very time consuming. May never park here again.

We paid for parking in advance, but when we got there, there was nowhere to scan our QR code. This is most unsettling, as although we paid (and luckily, we had a paper copy of the QR code that we put on the dashboard), we were not certain that we would come back to our car without some sort of note, or a boot on our tire. We are still uncertain as to whether we will receive some sort of notice that we owe a penalty. This is most unsettling.

Was easy to pay online ahead of time. Problem was there was nowhere to scan my online ticket, so they could have cited me for not being scanned in or having anything on my dash. But it all worked out.

I paid online for parking from 0400-1100. When I arrived to the lot, the parking attendant had the vehicle blocked in, had no notification rate had been paid, and was nearly belligerent about the fare paid.

If I pre purchase a parking space I expect to be able to park my car. Over selling spaces and assuming that people will arrive/leave at different times is not a guarantee that those who pay will have a space! I won’t use this lot again.

Very nasty guard threatening me to make me pay huge fine if I do not show my additional ticket when coming a little late when session had expired. Will not use again.

Stop letting the construction company buy out Half the lot. We are normal people trying to get to work but when they buy half the lot out we have to find other parking that is farther away and more expensive

In a parking lot full of people all trying their best to pay for parking, even the cop attending couldn’t figure out how to pay. The payment machine in person was covered up and seemed to be out of order, and it got to the point that the cop gave up and told us we could all go and she’d make sure we didn’t get towed, because it was clearly broken. The website doesn’t work, the app is horribly designed… After maybe 20 minutes, I was the only one who managed to pay for my parking.

All of this was on the day of Cincinnati Pride, plus a huge Cincinnati Reds game, so I can only imagine this was a very valuable day for parking in this lot, and you missed out on a lot of money because honest people literally couldn’t manage to give you their money despite their best efforts.

I Choose parking lot and pre paid for my spot online. I was able to drive right into the lot and park car easily. I provided car details and Plate number online, so there was no need to talk to anyone or scan any codes. Definitely made my downtown parking experience a breeze.

It was so easy to pay and manage the parking using the online option.
