Gate not reading tickets
The gate has repeatedly not been able to read tickets making it a pain to get out.
MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND STOLEN
MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND STOLEN! No cameras , no security workers, no staff at all most of the time. One of the gates is broken and you can just lift it up! People must know about that gate not working. I was told by a staff member break in’s were happening a lot 7 months ago. I’ve parked there for over a year now and was never notified AND THEY HAVENT ADDED ANY SECURITY MEASURES. The staff member knows the gate doesn’t work and still nobody has fixed it. They don’t care because they can’t be held liable. Awful.

A Bust!
On arrival, two different people were unsuccessful at getting the parking machine to scan the QR code and we were unable to get onto the parking lot. After about 15 minutes, someone responded to the help call on the machine and we finally had to take a ticket for pay to park.

I used the app to prepay my parking in Cincinnati at the music festival and at home for daily parking. Works perfectly. Never an issue and so easy to use

Set up parking on the parking.com app. Did not see a scanner for my QR code at the entrance. Turned out to be at the bottom of the kiosk. Still took a ticket so I wouldn't miss my event. Upon leaving an employee showed me where the scanner was and ask or assistance. Did this and was told "We don't set scheduled parking and just pay the ticket. So I got charged twice.

Instructions for how to enter the garage and leave the garage were lacking. It wasn’t clear from the email we received or on the parking garage signs what I was supposed to do. We did eventually figure it out with the help of some workers it even they seemed unsure of the process

Unable to use prepaid pass
I purchased parking ahead of time but was unable to use the QR code either on my phone or on the printed page to exit the garage. My passenger had to pay for the parking with her credit card. I've tried several times to contact the company but have received an error each time. Not impressed.
