When I pulled into the garage the attendant took my phone and scanned the UR code. He said it did not work. He tired it twice. He confirmed I was in the right garage. Because I was in a hurry to get to the event, I paid him $15 cash to park there. I would like a refund for the $15 I had prepaid you in the app. Please tell me how to receive a refund.

Site advertised parking garage height of 6’10”. On arrival, sign on building stated same height but a lot attendant would not let me enter with my van and said the sign was wrong and I could not park there. When I asked about the fees , the attendant said he didn’t do refunds and to just leave
OverSize additional payment
I arrived with my pass ready, having already prepaid online. Upon entering, the attendant informed me that I needed to pay an additional $9. I explained that I had already paid and specifically chose this location because I was driving a pickup truck. However, the attendant insisted on the additional payment due to oversized parking. I clarified that there was no option for oversized vehicle payment on the website when I made the reservation. This issue pertained to a two-day stay. Needless to say I have to pay an additional $18 in order to park at this location, on top of the fees I had already paid. Felt like a scam to me.

Gulam
Gulam, the parking attendent at Pennsyulvania Garage in DC, was very friendly and extremely helpful with our first experience on Tuesday, June 18. We are not used to traveling/parking in big cities and he even gave us instructions on how to walk to our destination.

Hourly parking can only park from the third level up. There are no elevators. When I came back to the garage, the guy was sitting with his feet up on the counter and seem troubled when I walked over to ask if they were an elevator, I could use to go up. There isn’t.

Convenient parking app!
The app is very easy to use when locating parking that fits my schedule. The current garage that I have been using is a very convenient option with friendly staff. Very pleased with the service! Thanks!

Convenient but confusing and tight
Parking is very convenient, centrally located, but upon arrival, there was a sign that the parking lot was full. We had to park in front, on the sidewalk, then walk in and ask the clerk. It all worked out in the end, but that part was confusing. Also, very tight spaces and tight corners. But otherwise ok.

Overcharged, hung up on, and unexpectedly refunded
Parked at the same parking garage 3 days in a row in WA D.C. On day 1 parking attendant recommended to use parking.com. so booked parking for day2. Arrived for parking and saw garage price for the 4th of july was event pricing $25 ... parking.com had charged $35. Called to get a $10 refund or credit. The first person said they'd give me a partial credit but needed to transfer me to someone else. The transfer person said they don't do partial credits, I needed to talk to the garage for a refund, I needed to email parking.com, and then hung up on me trying to explain what was going on. The third person put me on hold to look into it, then disconnected the call. I did not use parking.com for day3. Several days later the entire amount appeared as a credit back on my card. I was only hoping to pay what the garage was actually charging even though parking.com is supposed to be a cheaper rate. The refund was a pleasant surprise.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for parking. Drove to the parking garage and it was full. They then said they could refund me but it will take 5 days. It seemed like a scam to me. Do not use them in DC just drive downtown until you find a place. You will not be out the 25.00 that way.
