Park anywhere but here.

Multiple attempts with credit card to get the ticket to enter lot. Upon leaving, the machine wouldn’t receive the ticket after multiple attempts. Finally was able to get the help button to connect to a person. Her voice faded and the strong accent made it very difficult to understand. After giving her the ticket number and 10 minutes later the bar was raised so I could drive out only to receive a text stating I owed and extra 6.99. No explanation given other than I would have an additional penalty charge if not paid by OCT 1. I have used parking garages for 45 years and have never experienced anything close to the difficulty I experienced entering and leaving this garage!
