Reserved 2 hour parking through Parkopedia and paid $8.25. However, when leaving the facility after only a little over 1 hour, I had to pay an additional $12 to just get out. $20 for a little over 1 hour parking is VERY EXPENSIVE even by downtown Seattle standard and being apparently double charged feels violating. Very disappointed!

I paid for parking online and then my QR Code did not work, so I had to pay an additional $16.00 to get out of the garage!

The online reservation and payment saved me money and was so easy to do. I plan on using this location in the future.

the website didn't show the correct payment information, weekend rates at this place i choose should be $10 flat all day, but instead the gate charged me extra $12.

We parked our vehicle in the parking structure and continued our day. We scheduled our parking from 12 noon to 8 pm. We decided to leave early around 4:30 pm and presented our QR code to the scanner and it requested an $8 payment. If anything I was owed money back for leaving early. What a scam system this is…… never again!

The garage was great and centrally located. However, I could not get out of the garage until I paid $8.00 over the booked amount. I did not overstay my time, I was actually out early.
There was no one to talk to, just a scan pad. It would not open the exit gate until I paid the extra $8.00. Otherwise, I would have given you 5 stars.

I made a reservation ahead of the date. It was reassuring to know that I would have a place to park. The in/out lanes are narrow. Use the mirrors on the wall to check around the corner for traffic. Be courteous.

Easy purchase, great venue

Was very hard to get payment. It kept going up while trying to pay them when it charged the card it was lower like it should be. Very interesting.

I made this reservation online and when I arrived at the garage, I scanned my reservation and the gate opened so I could enter. When I parked, I was met by a representative of the building the parking garage was located in, who said that the lot was full, because of monthly parking patrons, and that I would not be able to park there. I stated that I had made my reservation that same day and was confused as to why the parking garage was showing availability if it in fact was full, and I was told that because this is a third party site that I made my reservation on that the communication is not always received. Because I was only going to be parked in this location less than 10hrs, she thankfully allowed me to park there. I will not be using this website in the future to avoid this problem, which is a shame, because it was nice knowing that I was going to have a reasonably priced parking spot in Seattle on the day of the MLB Home Run Derby, where parking was obviously limited and at a premium.

I ended up paying twice cause qr did not read at checkout!

We prepaid for six hours of parking, we only used about two hours of parking. When we left the parking garage we were charged an additional $8.00 it seems to me that parking.com is a scam.

The parking ramp was at $10 all day and the app even says that which was why we picked it. I put in an end date and time of 5pm without thinking it through and ended up exiting by 5:02pm. The parking charged me an extra $8 for leaving two mins late. If it’s an all day parking, don’t give me the option to put in end time. Assume the whole day based on start date/time. I would have been better off using the app to find the parking lot, paid for the parking onsite and not use app for actual booking.

The parking was good location and good price. The online order is comfortable to pay for parking

It was easy to use the app and reserve my spot at the parking garage.
