I didnt actually get to use the parking because my car broke down and I couldn't get a refund. F-
On Saturday the only option paying in person is weekend special so if you're planning on being there for 24 hours instead of 12 you're getting overcharged. Saturday the online payment also wasn't available at all. Sunday the in person payment machine was printing blank tickets so I ended up paying triple the price.

App is fine. Being bothered to review my experience repeatedly after using it once is not.

I ended up having to pay twice because it was unclear if I had to have the printed receipt on my dash or if just using the digital app was enough. And I didn’t want to get towed. I paid digitally and then a second sign near the exit said I needed a printed receipt on my dash. The signs were contradictory. It should be clearly stated whether or not a printed receipt is needed.
Update: After I posted this review, Parking.com reached out to me and agreed to refund the redundant charge and review the signage in the lot. I appreciate the commitment they showed to rectifying my issue. I now feel comfortable recommending the service to others.

The app would not allow us to book in any other increments other than 12 hours. We spent 10.99 every 12 hours from 9/30 to
10/3 and 1 of the charges was $15.99. So we ended up paying double than what was advertised.

Great location and reasonably priced, for family that is visiting in the area so they don’t have to try and parallel park on the side streets of residential neighborhoods.

It was convenient to park there, but the last time I parked in this same lot in 2019, it cost $6 for 12 hours. Now, it's $10 plus a $0.99 fee for who-knows-what.
I prepurchased a pass and had nowhere to scan it. Therefore I had to pay at the kiosk.

I looked on parkwhiz first, the lot I usually go to for this venue didn’t pop up. Went here and it was available so I purchased it. I got to the lot and it was completely full so I had to purchase another ticket for a parking lot off of parkwhiz. If you’re gonna sell a ticket for a parking lot make sure it’s not “sold out” you could say.

Simple and easy place to park. 2-1/2 city block walk to Aragon Ballroom and near a bunch of restaurants.
