Exit lot problems
I had a hard time exiting the parking system when I exited the parking lot. It would still be running all night while j was not there ..j had to go back to the hotel to have the manager log me out and stop getting charged.

After my reservation expired
After my reservation expired, I was automatically enrolled in another “session,” even though I had left the lot at least two hours before. I did call and got the session cancelled, but it would be helpful to have an app to help with this. The hotel was zero help, as this system is new to them. I had to research a number to call to get that session cancelled.
