Too much time to upload credit card for first time user

This was my first experience with a completely electronic paid parking system and at first it was a little confusing but finally figured it out. Biggest issue is the time it took to load my credit card information into the payment system. Seems a faster and more efficient system would be to have a card reader at the exit.

I was given a code by the district court to have my parking validated. It did not work. I spent more than 15 minutes trying to get out. When I called for help, I couldn’t understand the service representative except that I needed to put in my credit card number. I ended up paying for parking.
