I forgot to pay once since I usually pay once I start to work and instead of a warning I got a 50$ fine with a 10$ off for paying early. So make sure you don’t forget or they will not be tolerant you can’t even call them it’s all about warnings if you don’t pay from a website pâment page. Zero customer service. No humans no phone call possible.

I received a false ticket!!!! Who's pocketing?
Was even stated that my licence were not valid?? WOW!!! LET ME ASSURE YOU THEY ARE IN FACT VALID.

WHY IS THIS EVEN HAPPENING?

I WILL BE ADDRESSING THIS FALSE ACCUSATION BAD SITUATION TO HIGHER AUTHORITY IN QUEBEC GOVERNMENT.

Finding and installing the App was easy, but actually paying was not as simple.

In addition, I'm concerned about all these apps that now have my credit card information. Is there no other way to process a payment?

I needed the assistance of one of your employees to be able toi park for two days. He helped me - and in French, thank you - and assured me that everything was fine. The week before, I came to Gatineau to find in avance a parking space. I called your company and the same employee answered all my questions on French. Very professional and kind.

The information on the panels where accurate, clear, efficient and once on the website to pay it was very easy and fast.

Using your parking 2-3 times / week.

Easy and simple

I paid the max daily amount ($10.99 total) for the four hours I thought I'd need. I did not know that I would have a deadline to leave, since I thought I paid the max amount for the day. I had tonpay an extra $5 for 30 minutes, which is ridiculous. There should not be a deadline if you paid the max amount to begin with.

Easy - safe parking lot

Close access to the hospital entrabce and the lot was bare and dry (no snow or icy spots). Score would have been higher if the spots were not so small. I know you have to maximize revenues, but you're doing it at the peril of 'dings' in doors because the spaces are so small. Also, $7.50 for less than an hour is excessive. Again, I understand you're running a business, but you're doing next to a hospital where patients (not visitors) shouldn't have to pay at all.

Very easy to access, user friendly

Easy to login and pay. But rates are not flexible enough. A daily ticket is needed if parked for more than 2 hours.

Paying for parking was a bit complicated and a bit expensive. But i do appreciate paying on the app versus an old school ticket sustem.

Parking had been cleaned well after snow storm

First, there is no pay station which is totaly ridiculous... a little sign on the corner of the building (which nobody looks at) to advise you to pay parking is not enough - If you don't see it, you then get a ticket... and this is what happened to me the first time I parked there!
The fact that the payment is only feasable electronically by smartphone/computer is also ridiculous. Most people have a cell phone but not necessarily a "smartphone" AND a lot of people (me included) do not want to use their credit card over a computer or cell phone!
IMPORTANT: Second, when I used the info written on the wall sign to pay for the parking, it made me open an account (mandatory) and when I reluctantly put in my credit card number, my card was immediately used fraudulously by an escort company of some kind so the site is not secure!
Lastly, your website is in English only - the parking is in a city that lives in French and where a lot of people do not speak/read/understand English... this is unacceptable.

Very easy to use and not too many steps to complete the transaction. One think I liked is the in and out privilege.
