The kiosk in the parking lot only allowed for choosing either 8 or 12 hours at exorbitant rates. After locating a "smart" phone I was able to text the number and extend the time to 3 days (which is wh... See more

I used 2 different locations throughout the day they were both kept clean and were in good spots. Down sides are it was quite pricey at 25 dollars for each spot with a minimum of like 3 hours but they... See more

I liked that it was next door to our hotel and seemed safe. I did not like that no where posted were the nightly rates and how difficult it was to calculate your parking time. There should be a way to... See more

This was a horrible experience

This was a horrible experience! I parked in this lot because of convenience by The Alamo and was there with a field trip. I was in my car by the time my paid time expired and was waiting for the children to load into the school buses so I could follow them to the next location and was issued a $92 fine!! Absolutely outrageous!!!!

Sucked

So confusing and pain I. The ass. If I didn’t have to do it that way I wouldn’t I would rather just pay a living person so they can explain it

No attendant for information or…

No attendant for information or service. A surveillance camera that automatically registers you as a violator 15 minutes after you turn off the street. Over 25 dollars for 3 hours is inflated for off season (May 7)

Keeping up with the times

Keeping up with the times
The fact that you can use your cell phone to pay for parking, and then able to increase the time needed with your phone when you realize that you won't make it back to your car in time is pretty cool!

I like that my car was safe

I like that my car was safe. The only downside was that I only used it for 1.5. hours, but initially paid for 3 hours and could not get reimbursed. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

It is much too complicated

It is much too complicated. The customer has to either text or use a QR code. I do not like making my phone vulnerable using text or QR. Why not just set it up to enter the license number and pay at the machine with a credit card.? So much easier. We had to set up an account, pay, then delete the account. Very time consuming, confusing, complicated.

App is fine, parking is STUPID expensive!

I initially purchased 2 hours and didn't have time to set up my membership - I went back to the link later and set up my membership but could not add time so I ended up adding time separately - the cost was EMENSE! It would have been nice to have an easy link to just add more time.

Payment info

The experience was great except for sparse payment information. It should be a little easier for people to contact your website and pay. We spent an hour trying to pay so we would not be hauld off.

You charge too much

The pricing of your parking spots are way too high compared to other areas immediately adjacent. Now I know why you had availability
