Hello - I purchased parking passes for 1/1/24 at the location of 350 West Colorado in Pasadena, California. Order# 903471102 and order# 903471519. Due to the Rose Bowl parade, we were not able to access this location. The roads were blocked off and this site was unaccessible. We made every attempt but not allowed by local law enforcement. This site should not have been for sale that day. Therefore, we did not use the tickets. I would like to ask for a full refund of $25.00 for each pass for a total of $50.00. Thank you. Blaise Krol
