Only time that I have used my debit…
Only time that I have used my debit card in a month. Someone got my card number and used my card. Someone tried hacking my account and my card was blocked. DO NOT USE!

Entered there wrong plate#
I actually entered the wrong plate# for my vehicle. I called the 800# and the gal was very helpful and got everything straightened out so that I didn't end up with a ticket.

On my recent visit (Feb 3
On my recent visit (Feb 3, 2024) to Ft Myers Beach at San Carlos Blvd parking lot, the app prompted me to choose how many hours I wanted yet it charged me for the number of days. I was charged $45 when I was only there for 3 hours.

Made a mistake/refunded money
I parked for 3 hours and was charged $45 in a lot that says $15 per day and then I realized I accidentally asked to park for 3 days. I requested a refund and they refunded the difference.

Your QR code is way too hard to…
Your QR code is way too hard to navigate! You need to redo it so even all of us old people can navigate it. The texting option was very easy to navigate and we would go that route next time.

Great idea with the QR codes but not…
Great idea with the QR codes but not very user friendly. It took ever to go through. I tried to use QR scanner app but it didn’t work. Someone in the lot was also very frustrated and said I need to use the camera and hit the link.
