payment is good, after payment it was difiicult.

They sent me a barcode, but the car park machine didn't recognise it, and there was no explanation of where in the car park I could park a pre-paid car.

Charge what I owe and fix the machines or find an alternative when they are not working that won't cost me extra money
For some reason the machine did not read the tickets at the gate and the elevator for me twice. The first time I was in for the early- bird time/price but because the ticket kept saying invalid in the machine I was sent a link to pay. The is trying to charge me $5 more than I owe. The second (most recent) time I got there after 9am so the rate was fine, but I was charged a $1 fee because I had to pay online. It should not cost me extra money because the machines are not working properly at times. When these things occur it should NOT be so difficult to get in touch with someone vis phone or email. I have called and sent emails- no response from the email I was told to email. $6 is not a lot of money to some, but if this keeps occurring it will add up and it should not be at my expense.
When the gate/pay machines are working fine then my experiences are awesome.

Unable to exit with prepaid ticket!
There was no ability at the parking facility to scan my prepaid parking. It took more than 15 minutes and 3 calls to their staff to get them to accept my prepaid ticket and open the gate to allow me to leave. Totally inconvenient and poor.

This was by far the worst parking…
This was by far the worst parking ordeal I’ve ever experienced! I thought it was going to be a breeze because I prepaid/reserved my spot online for 4pm-9am. I had no problems getting through the garage door because it was up when I arrived, but once I made my way in, there was nowhere to scan my QR code that I received in my confirmation email so I took a ticket in order to proceed through the gate and park. Fast forward to the morning when it was time to pick up my car to leave, I COULDN’T get in the garage!!! I spent 45 minutes walking around the building looking for a pedestrian entrance (in the rain), called security at the building and they flat out said they couldn’t help me, called the help number on the email and they couldn’t help me either! The security person tried telling me the garage was closed because it was a holiday and I would have to come back on MONDAY. By some kind of miracle a gentleman drove up to go into the garage because he had a key card to open it from the outside so only then was I able to get inside to get to my vehicle! Absolutely this is hands down the worst parking experience.

Good Customer Assistance
Had an issue with the entrance/exit scanner reading my pre paid reservation. Each time the customer assistance folks were great and made everything work as it should.

Made reservation with payment on credit…
Made reservation with payment on credit card, next day parked in under ground parking, when leaving its a automated parking. No human to show receipt. Had to pay $20 with credit card again.
Lack of instructions made it confusing
Despite having prebooked a spot online, when I arrived at the garage, there was a sign in front of one of the entrance gates saying the lot was “temporarily full” and no worker at the other entrance gate to discuss the issue with. I went in through the other gate, and there was no capability to scan my printed ticket and no instructions on how to enter the prepaid information, so I had to get a new ticket to get into the garage. I did ding an open parking spot despite the sign outside.
When departing, I was able to use the “request help” button to talk with an attendant who was able to take my prepaid information and cancel my new ticket stub. But again, there were no instructions on how to reconcile this, I just took a chance that they might be able to help.
Bottom line: please include instructions on the prepaid parking.com receipt and/or the parking entry/exit gates to help the customer understand how to navigate this process.
