Affordable parking with unlimited in-and-out access. I’ve never seen a parking garage so well-equipped with technology, making entry and exit incredibly easy. I paid once and was able to come and go freely throughout my stay.

Wrong address first of all
So thanks for ripping me and several other people off

The address and directions GPS hot link both led us to a parking lot that was not correct and could not accept our reservation. We had to pay for parking at another lot because the information was incorrect. I have contacted the company for a refund but have not received a reply thus far.

I booked my spot and the event blocked sections of the street to include access to the parking deck so I was only able to use my reservation for one out of the three days.

My truck got broken into. There are no cameras. No type of support or assistance. It was my birthday and never had been in that type of situation. I didn’t know what to do. I can tell its usual for things like that to happen cause the police wasn’t any help. I didn’t get a call back until 4 hours later. Definitely my first and last time using this type of parking. Highly recommend valet parking. It’s cheaper than buying a $400 window.

I purchased a one-time pass for an event in downtown ATL. The day before my event, clicking on the confirmation email to view my parking pass brought up a parking.com page that said “no order returned from API”. There was no way for me to access my pass. I emailed BOTH parking.com support and SP-Parking customer service for help, to ensure I could somehow get my pass before I arrived at the event. I did not hear back from anyone at all (and STILL have not had a follow up, 3 days after my event). I was able to park at the location I reserved, but I had to get an attendant to help me, who just manually wrote down my order number on the back of my timestamp ticket. There was nothing easy or automated about any of it, except for the part when you took my money. :( Overall very displeased with the service.

Convenient,safe and easy to use- they even send a helpful reminder when it’s close to the time you specified.

Parking lot was too tight. No person working to assist. Parking was too far from event.

It would not take the QR code for the advanced parking purchase that I did. So I had to pay twice for the parking.

QR code machine readers don't work, a waste of time and money to reserve online.

Charging $20 for 20 minutes is insane I told him the lady at the password office overcharged me so they had to issue a refund the refund won't be back until a couple of days however the attendant let me through the gate sent me an invoice to pay $40 how is that so now no one's answering the phone to speak about this terrible communication

Easy to register ahead and convenient to the east side of centennial park.

Ｉhad to call them to get out even though I already paid.

The parking attendant did everything in his power to secure a spot for my oversized large vehicle. He was very helpful and reassuring making me feel that my car was safe and secure.

You can’t pay for this parking.com location after you pull in. This is really annoying since you won’t get credit for using that location.

BEWARE! There’s seemingly always someone working for ticketing purposes but no one there while cars get broke into. I would never recommend parking here unless you’re ready to file and insurance claim for theft and damage to your vehicle.
