Attendants were helpful: reminding us when lot was closing was well as sending text msg on same.

Excellent Resource!
I like the fact that you can compare the prices of different garages in the same area before you arrive.

I reserved a spot and paid to park on your app. But when I arrived at the parking lot, the attendant yelled at me that the lot was too crowded and he couldn’t accept any more cars. There was a big event and the lot had no room at all!

First time parking here for the Nets home opening game. It took more than one hour to get my car parked, then another hour to get it out. Will never park here for the Nets game.

Staff was busy on Oprah Day 2020 Tour but was courteous and was working hard to take care of the customers. We were on a long line and my sister is handicapped and even though they were busy a staff member took the time to find out what type of car we had so he could expedite us out of there. We didn't ask for special treatment but they just gave it to us anyway. Now that is what I call service and compassion - THANK YOU!

We paid extra money to park across the street from the venue to have easy access in and out. While it was easy to drop off the car it took two hours after the concert ended to get my car. I should have been home by 12:30 in the morning but yet I was home by 2:30 in the morning. Next time I'll pay and walk three to four blocks if I have to.
On a positive note..I receive an immediate response from the Trustpilot Team and was issued a full refund. Thank you Trustpilot Team!

I bought a parking pass through the app, the confirmation number did not work. While waiting on the confirmation number to work a employee takes my car with no ticket and parks it. One attendant tells another to go find the car, the attendant comes back and does not write the lic plate. This is 20 to 30 minutes in with all the confusion, we actually walk down to get the lic plate number ourselves while they argue, and my girlfriend pays while the confusion is going on. I call customer care yesterday, a nice lady is giving us the refund on the $40.00, but not the $55.00. I asked why i'm getting refunded on the $40.00 i should get refunded the $55.00 since i paid in advance Keep the $40.00. Still no reply to email. waiting on the result hoping it turns out for the best. #605537 BTW Merri was a great help and offered engaged service, but this is after the nightmare.

This was the worst experience ever. Waiting almost 2 hours to get my car and staff taking bribes from inpatient customers paying to get their cars quicker. Never again

What a mess
The garage I booked was a fiasco. Parking.com was fine. Never again will I go to the Barclays Center. Valet with 2 elevators. Took an hour and a half to get car after show. Plus. Many people that came after me got their car before me. Guys that worked there were nice. Only good thing is the Irish Pub on 5th Ave.

It took over an hour to get our car from the attendant and it was 20 degrees outside with nowhere to wait with heat. There were little children toddlers age freezing waiting for their car.they can't accommodate that many cars are they don't have enough attendanants working there. It was not a good experience at all!
