I spent 15 minutes stopped in traffic to download an app and make a payment. There was a person that helped me through it but I was blocking traffic and it was incredibly stressful to have to prepay on an app. Can't you just use Parkmobile for this?

Terrible internet inside garage; no clear info
Terrible internet service inside garage. No written instructions anywhere to explain you need to pay at outset of parking instead of at finish. Only one attendant, and she had to keep walking from her parking station at entrance down to garage to help people, so people who never parked there previously had no idea what they should do.

The app asked if you want yo ‘save my credit card info’ - but it doesn’t save it. You have to enter the card number every time. If you work in the building it should be easier to pay
Worst parking garage in DC
Worst parking garage in all of Washington DC. Four times I pulled in and four times your garage assistant told me to back up so cars could leave the garage. It is so narrow that cars can NOT both arrive and depart. Then, what is worse is that your machine for credit cards doesn’t work. It failed on two credit cards of mine that are fully functional. The failure was your garage and your credit card machine, not my credit cards. And your employee was a complete idiot. Why do you even bother to ask for reviews for the worst garage in all of Washington DC? I bet you delete this review.

Too complicated
I don’t like the system for paying. There is no ticket or proof that I paid for parking. I tried 3 credit cards and the machine rejected all of them. I finally paid by scanning the QR code but it was all so complicated that I was late for my Dr’s appointment. I am not coming back to this garage. Also the attendant had a very thick accent that made it too difficult to understand what she was trying to explain.

Denied entry, no refund
I was denied entry into the garage because it was full, even though I arrived at my scheduled booking time. I tried to cancel the reservation in the app and online and was not able to. I have called and emailed parking.com for a refund and my refund still has not been issued.

I purchased a parking space for 11 a.m
I purchased a parking space for 11 a.m. Thursday, June 8., and when I arrived around 10:45 the parking garage was full, The woman attendant said that they are not responsible for purchases made online!!!!
