The directions were confusing. We almost ended up in the wrong garage. Thankfully we stopped and asked an attendant and they directed us to the right entrance. The garage is VERY tight with lots of poles. We were in a minivan and it was a tight squeeze. Getting out of easy but overall I would not recommend this garage. We parked in others in this same trip that were easier to navigate.
Prepaid voucher from parking.com not accepted at the garage. I had to pay for the parking twice.
No fun.
Never again.

Because your app allowed me, I prepaid a reservation to park within a 20-minute walk from the US Capitol this past Sat 7/22 at your 20 Massachusetts Ave location from 12pm to 2pm, but when i got there the parking facility was closed. I tried to find another location nearby where i could park and redeem my prepaid reservation and the app offered 101 Constitution Ave but it also was closed. I’d like to get a refund
