You only have ten minutes before they charge you. Plus you have to check in which takes up some of that time. I had to go 29 floors up and by the time i came back down and check out with security more than ten minutes passed. Also the check in location people were nice but they wouldn’t let me leave as if they were intentionally trying to keep me there. All i was doing was a delivery for someone who ordered from doordash. Even when i tried to explain that I didn’t know i was on a time limit and had to pay they sent an representative to help but he wasn’t very helpful and even felt like he was making fun of me because I couldn’t pay. That was very unprofessional.Even the operator on the speaker wasn’t very understanding letting me slide since it was my first time there. This was a horrible experience and will never return to that location

My vehicle suffered damage. I reported the damage to the staff and all they said was “call your insurance, we are not responsible for damages, it’s on our website”. I’m am going to the news and social media to make sure they write a story about this and show your true colors to the public so they can avoid the troubles that I am having.
