The description and picture insinuated the parking space we chose was in a garage when it wasn’t. Then we had issues leaving the lot because of issues with the QR code.
I like to use the app because it is easy and safe
Great place for parking!

Did not work
Did not work. Our plates did not scan. Had to call to be let out of the parking garage

I prepaid for the parking for an event I am others riding with me were attending. There was no place to scan my QR Code to allow entrance and exit using my QR Code so I was forced to pay a second time via credit card. The only thing keeping me from giving 1 star is the location was easy to get to and the parking was reasonably priced. Had I been able to scan the QR Code this would have been 5 stars.

AVOID USING
I prepaid for parking and it wasn’t accepted when I left so I had to pay again. I reached out to the company and never heard back.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Made reservation and paid for it. Doctor was delayed so missed exit time by two minutes. Then, was charged triple reservation cost. Unconscionable! Total Rip off!

Couldn’t extend parking in original reservation. Couldn’t leave parking lot with new reservation QR code.

Awful! No Attendant on Site is a Danger Waiting to Happen
When I pull up to the lot, I see they want $15 to park for an hour. I wasn’t worried bc my doctor always validated. I take my ticket into the office for my appt. When I ask about validation, the receptionist said they don’t validate any longer. When I tell her I’ll be back to see if I can find street parking bc parking for an hour at $15 is ridiculous- only then does she tell me about parking.com. I download the app, which kept freezing up. Pay $6 for 2 hours for the parking in app but it puts time in that I’ve processed this online which is about a 15 minutes difference. So I’m leaving my appt within an hour and when I go to scan the QR code after inserting the ticket, it’s still saying I owe $15. Could get nobody at the number on box or answering the call button to lift the gate even after giving them all the info from ticket and they can see I paid in the app. They couldn’t figure out how to lift the gate. They were lifting gate on the covered garage but not my lot. Sat stuck in a lot for about 35 minutes until I finally had to drive over a curb and damage the bottom of my car. I was also late for work, The remote attendant said they couldn’t even head my way for another hour and then remarked I was rude. Yeah, I’m rude after I pay to park for two hours and then you try to charge me an additional $15 when I’ve only been parked for about 1 hr 15 min and then I’m stuck for 35 minutes and am told I have to wait another 1 to 2 hours for someone to come lift the gate. Will never use another parking.com lot again. I can’t wait until not having a lot attendant on site results in an emergency and you get the pants sued off you.
I tried to find scanner to scan my code…
I tried to find scanner to scan my code and there was none. I called and they told me to just pick a ticket and they would help me on the way out. On the way out the lady said that since I picked up a ticket I had to pay. I paid $23 to park and the lady wanted me to pay again. I offered to send her a copy of my proof of payment but she refused. She insisted I had to pay. After much arguing she asked for my name and my reservation number and eventually let me out. But the garage exit which should take 10 seconds took about 10 minutes. I was late to work.

Easily got in lot but when I went to…
Easily got in lot but when I went to leave the code didn’t work. Finally talked to someone who kept wanting me to pay an additional $15 besides the $8 I had already paid. She reluctantly finally put up the bar after I gave her my code and phone no.
Great place for parking!
Not worth it.
I booked a reservation for a garage through Parking.com and the garage would not take the barcode for the reservation. There were signs at the garage saying they no longer took online reservations at the garage, but those signs were blocked by other signs that were put up at the garage. Sadly, Parking.com only made things more time consuming and expensive as their app was not accepted at the garage where the reservation was made.

Prepaid parking reservation is a scam
Purchased a parking spot reservation for $20 and upon arriving at the garage, there was no device to scan the QR code. On the departure day, there was also no QR scanner so I had to pay an additional $54 to leave the garage.

Terrible
Terrible. Made a parking reservation to keep my car from being snowed in. Description was above ground garage. Directions also lead to garage. Get to the garage and there’s a sign that says reservations are for the open lot next door which is nowhere in the description. False advertising and totally misleading. Called the number on the reservation and the manager was supposed to call me back today which they did not. Of course can’t get a refund online after the time the reservation was made for. I want my money back!
