Initially, it took forever and was quite an annoying inconvenience. I will say though, I was pleased to get a notification that my time is running out and I could renew it if I needed to. As long as t... See more

It was a little time consuming putting all the info in and making sure I did it right so I didn’t get a ticket, but otherwise convenient. It’s nice that I can add time from my phone instead of going b... See more

Their extension rate is higher than…

Their extension rate is higher than their posted rate. If you try to start a new sessions instead, you can't without the original URL from the QR code. If you head down to renew, you must be there and move your car immediately to renew.

Make your website intuitive and…

Make your website intuitive and truthful. The sign in the parking lot said 3-24 hours for 24 hours. We paid $45 for 15 hours and the same amount again to extend 24 hours which the emails said to leave the lot at 4 hours. We paid an additional $15 to extend 2 more hours. So total we had to pay over $105 for less than 24 hours. We obviously were not happy.

You want me to review parking?!

The pestering for a review is what makes this bad. I parked, I paid, I went about my day. I shouldn't be email assaulted to leave a review of how a program ripped me off for parking, overpaid anyways. -1 star now that I'm thinking about it.

Expensive AND inconvenient

Such a hassle to extend parking duration, pay upon leaving only available at certain locations. Made an account specifically to extend my time as soon as I knew I’d be at the location longer only to find no record of my parking session on my account despite my car and card information being saved. Customer service couldn't help either and my only option was to wait for a text message notice that my time was up (and link to pay for extension) or pay for a new (longer) session which included the time I already paid for. Could not be on my phone at the time the session expired due to jury duty, will never park at these lots again

Lower the cost of parking

Lower the cost of parking, please

If Seattle wants to increase downtown vibrancy, the parking lots in the core should lower their prices. The lot we parked in had about 50 spots, only about 5 of which were occupied. The rate was exorbitant; we paid $25 for 1.5 hours, which is as much as a garment from Nordstrom Rack where we went shopping.

I'd give a negative if I could

I'd give a negative if I could. This site took my Credit Card number and billed me for parking there. They took my email and sent me a request to fill out a survey but they can't seem to locate the transaction and send me a receipt. I guess if they can't find it then it's a fraudulent charge. I spent an hour on hold and transferred 3 times. Their phone support is terrible, hard to hear (bad connections) and often handled in India so the accent is tough to understand. I will now go out of my way to avoid Parking.com sites as they only cost me time and frustration.
