I paid twice and the feedback message through the "Contact Us" link prompted failure

I made an appointment to park and pay on April 17th. However, when I left the parking lot on April 18th(on time), I couldn't use the QR code to exit smoothly. After trying for 15 minutes, I HAD to use my credit card to pay again.
When I came back, I wanted to give feedback on this situation in the parking.com and ask if I could get a refund. Because I am a foreign tourist and have not opened a US phone card, I cannot give feedback by phone, only by email and other means. But it seems that the email feedback link provided by the website keeps showing failure when I submit it. So my feeling is that the booking payment experience is very smooth, while the exit and problem feedback experience is very bad.
Hope:
1. Confirm whether there are bugs in the email feedback channel of the website, and if so, please fix them
2. Can you verify my situation and give me a refund? My order information:

I was attempting to find out…

I was attempting to find out information for parking at 9 mile RTD parking lot in Denver Colorado. I called the number three times, left messages to have them contact me and leave a voicemail if I was unavailable. That was earlier this week and I have not heard from anyone. I did want to mention about the wonderful parking attendant in Washington DC at 1801 K Street. He worked the 2 PM to 10 PM shift and provided excellent direction and customer service.
