Worthless. The QR code didn’t work and the people there weren’t able to help. Had to pay more for the whole weekend.
Barcode wouldn't scan. I prepaid and had no way to receive a refund. I paid $15 online, the barcode wouldn't scan then I had to pay $20 in person because the stupid barcode wouldn't scan. I was charged twice due to this janky system.
The QR code sent to me by Parking.com did not open the entrance gate at the parking garage. I wound up having to pull a ticket at the entrance in order to gain entry and pay for the ticket in order to exit. This made the overnight parking twice as expensive. Next time I will know to just pull the ticket upon arrival and not bother with making a reservation through Parking.com.
BE WARNED. Exiting even a few minutes late will add 50% more to your cost! Better to way overestimate your arrival and departure times when making a reservation than attempt to give them an "accurate" estimate.
There were ample free spaces in the garage. In and out was easy with the QR code. And the price was right!
Parking.com was a very quick and easy experience which eased a lot of anxiety on parking plans in downtown Denver for a conference. I needed to plan my parking in advance for a few days of commuting. The process was straightforward, and the parking lot was safe and secure with plenty of parking available. I highly recommend this service!

Entry to the Parking Garage was confusing as the entrance on California street was closed. I pre-paid on Parking.com. I had no trouble entering the garage using the QR provided on the Parking Pass, however, when I got ready to exit the garage, the automated reader charged me additional fees despite scanning the QR code.

I paid for overnight parking and had a $50 ticket on my window the following morning. They never specified as to what parking space you could park in. We parked in a 24 hour spot as that’s what I paid for and still got a ticket. I am fighting it and not paying it.

Reservation was not recognized at parking garage. Simply wasted money. Alarms started going off when I tried to scan it

It was easy to use the site and we got our scan code and was able to just scan the code and drive in and out, it was a very clean garage and lite up well for our night parking.
