There was a man there trying to get people to pay him cash for parking
Reserved parking up front. Arrived at the garage to find 90% of it under construction. Only about 20 spots and all taken. So no where to park and no attendant.
Came out car was still there in one piece and was very easy walk to the game and back.
Too expensive. The parking garage that was closest to the ballpark is terrible. I scraped my car trying to back out of the small spaces provided.
Parked on the top deck because there was no parking on the first and second deck. Stairwell had a very, very strong smell of urine. Convenient parking, just be careful where you step.
I dislike using the APP. It glitches & is hard to navigate on a phone.
The garage staircase is DISGUSTING!!! I am sure this is common place in large cities. It smells of urine so strongly that I smelled like it after walking up & down only one flight. If you are charging $22 for 4 hours of parking and the garage is full, you should be able to keep it clean.
I was robbed in the parking garage! When I entered, someone was impersonating a parking attendant, and told me it was $15 to park there. I asked about the QR code and he said the website was broken. He even gave me a parking stub for my dash. I feel stupid, but it all happened so fast.
The parking is confusing in this small garage. The turns are tight for a suv/truck. The stairwell needs a good pressure washing smells like urine.
Expensive as hell. $19.80 to park for a baseball game. The garage parking spaces are too small and cars are too close together which you might end up with a dinged car.
Smelled like pee, expensive, people threatening eachother in the car lot
How can you sleep at night ripping people off?? $19 fir one hour at a decrepit lot in the middle of nowhere in downtown Memphis in the middle of the day on a weekday !
I'm sending a complaint into the city to have your license revoked for bring such greedy ! I ll never use your service again and I would walk 5 miles before I use your company! !
The garage was disgusting. There was human feces and urine in the garage. It looked like there was nothing being done to keep the garage clean or safe.
They made it convenient to book ahead of time. And there were signs posted everywhere with instructions on how to pay if you did not book in advance.
It was too narrow too close to other vehicles and I left before the time a whole hour and twenty minutes no way to get refund or anything
