Easy to pay online, convenient location, and I liked being able to come and go without worrying about paying each time. I'll be using this lot again next year.

Not bad!

Staying at vacation condo next door I needed parking options. Garages are expensive and have no in-out options. I was able to book at this open-air lot for the days/times I was staying (3 days 1p-1p, $25/day without having to add extra days!). Tied to my plate number, I was able to come/go as I needed. TBH I was scared about leaving my car overnight. It's not the best location, people loitering on the streets at all hours. Late on the first evening I went to check on my car and considered moving it to a garage for the night. Saw a fellow there in a car watching the lot, looked like a security guard for the night, and I felt much better. Indeed, my car was not broken into. Whew! I'm grateful that parking.com had overnight security.

Filthy lot

The parking lot was dirty, broken glass - from a car that a window had been perhaps smashed in. Unclear instructions posted on how to proceed.

Expensive and unsafe…

Parking was very expensive and I felt unsafe in the parking lot. Even after parking, I looked out the window to see people walking around my car. Luckily it's an old minivan, so not enticing enough to break in to.

Too many people hanging out in the parking lot, homeless walking up to you asking for money, and cars getting broke into over night.

Shouldn't have to pay to park.

Shouldn't have to pay to park.
Especially when the concrete is messed up, the fence is falling apart, there's no security, and hobos living in the area.

Easily accessible and affordable

Visiting Atlanta for a conference parking lot was right by my Airbnb. No one bothered my car and the parking lot was clean. Surveillance cameras were posted. Easy check in and affordable. There are some places in the lot that need repaving.

Use the kiosk, not the QR code to pay. I was given a ticket for $65 after already paying $111 for my parking, I submitted a dispute And sent my confirmation, and it still has not been updated. Therefore I was sent to collections. This is unacceptable. The people who are reading the tags need to do better with making sure that they are correctly putting in the tag number so they can know who actually paid.

Park in the middle lane of the Interstate, it's much safer

So, not personally a bad experience, but for most other people in the lot it certainly was. I was meeting a pal at the nearby Corner Bakery, so I took a chance on parking in this delectable-looking open parking lot, before parting with $20 to park for under two hours. For that price, I didn't expect a security presence, I expected ED-209, the biped robot from Robocop, to watch over my vehicle.

I returned from breakfast to find a police cruiser behind my vehicle. Despite an initial panic, I realized it wasn't my vehicle that was of interest; rather it was actually most of the rest of the cars in the lot that had been broken in to the night previously, something that escaped my attention on my rush to not be late. Smashed glass everywhere, the person parked next to me in tears (her first and now last experience of Atlanta). Even by downtown Atlanta standards, this lot had an absolute shocker and I'm 100% certain nothing will be done to make this parking lot safer.

Useless Security Guards - Cars Broken Into

Very disappointed with my experience in this lot. My car was broken into and nothing was done to compensate this. I would like a full refund to compensate for the broken window of my car. Absolutely awful, especially when they had a security guard who did absolutely NOTHING to prevent it.

Fantastic lot

Fantastic lot! Perfect, easy, hands-off, no social interaction parking that’s centralized to many walkable things in Atlanta and affordable. This lot is particularly useful for parking if you’re staying at Peachtree Towers. I have left my car here for a total of 8 days combined over the years and never had an issue.

Inaccurate signage

When I arrived a scanned a code hanging in a pole to pay for parking. I paid for one hour ($8) of parking because the app gave me choices by the hour. After my hour was up, I had to purchase more time. This time it was only one option to pay for parking from 8am-6pm $10 plus a $2 processing fee. Upon arriving back to my vehicle is when I noticed a big sign that said $8 parking per day! I paid an extra $12 for no reason. I don’t believe the signs hanging around the lot is the same as paying at the kiosk. The only reason I didn’t pay at the kiosk was because another customer was there, so I scanned the code thinking it was the same process.
