Close to venue, good price, but exit after show was a mess. Evening flat rate should be collected when entering instead of at the kiosk exiting.

Good experience. But could be better if camera plate scanner can be used for smooth in and out in one second.

parking.com costs more, wastes time.
Paying through Parking.com cost $3 more than the parking operator charges. There was nobody to show the "reservation" to when entering the garage. The provided receipt does not work with the ticket machine and I had to show a printed copy to the attendant. If there was no staff on site, I would have had to pay again to exit.
If I had wanted valet service or the parking area was small, using the website might be helpful but for the location I went to, it would have been better to just park and pay as usual.

Huge confusion when we tried to leave the parking lot. After looking at our parking pass, the attendant said "Oh - this company is always a problem" and told us the issue was that the amount we paid through parking.com was incorrect, because the time of day was based on Chicago time, not local (PDT) time, and that actual cost was nearly double what we had paid through parking.com. They eventually let us go w/o paying the extra, but it was a huge fail. Will never use them again.
Worst experience
Worst experience. I booked a spot but they didn’t send me any email confirmation or text confirmation so far. How do I add my rental vehicle license plate if they didn’t send me any confirmation.
Don't waste your time & money
Pre-paid for parking and when we left, there was no one to let us out. I ended up having to pay to get out of the lot anyways with the machine. Don't bother pre-paying, you'll just waste your money.
Awful, worst garage experience
Awful. The venue next door Montablan theatre got out and instead of having two exits open, they had two people working one exit resulting in an hour and half wait to get out of the parking structure. They also did not inform anyone or cone off the second exit on Vine so several people made the mistake of going to exit in that direction only to have to go through the entire structure again. Not only that but the elevators were not working resulting in several disabled wheelchair bound patrons being stuck on the bottom floor which meant that anyone who wanted to exit had to go to the bottom with car to get them and go back up through the structure again in a huge line to get out. The ADA should be informed about this as this is was discriminatory. Towards the end of my one hour and half wait to get out of the structure the parking attendants ended up opening the gate and just letting people through because they themselves said you all have been in here too long. I will never park there again and I would warn anyone against it!
